Possibility of fistula
Had a perianal abscess. Incision and drainage done around end of March. Did dressing from local clinic till mid-April. Around end of May, there was some bloody discharge. This heals after some time, but then again there is discharge. Quite worried as it may be my second surgery soon. Any inputs on how to take care?

Yes fistula is quite likely, get a sonography and consult a surgeon regd. fistulectomy
