Positive UPT but not seen in ultrasound
Hi doctor,
My upt is fair positive on 18th day of iui. I visited dr today. He has taken sample for beta hcg. My last period date is 1st May and IUI was done on 15th May. Dr said pregnancy is not seen in uterus and I need to wait one more week to check whether it is ectopic or not. Dr observed oneside thickness of endometrium in TVS. Did he performed ultrasound too early and hence pregnancy is not visible in uterus?

Yes the ultrasound will not pick up a pregnancy till bhcg titers are more than 1000
If bhcg is less than 100 ur not pregnant
