Quadraple test is just a screening test so you need to do a definitive test and then if it is positive you can go a head with abortion

A positive result on this test does not necessarily mean your baby has problems..This is a screening test, not a diagnostic one. Recommend you to go for NIPT/ Amniocentesis + Level II ultrasound and make an informed decision
