Hello Doctor, my wife's TSH=2.34,T3=2.59,T4=1.12,AntiTPO=164.0 & 26 years old. Is anything to worry abt on +ve antiTPO? Pls prefer medicine & it's dose

Her TSH is normal so she doesn't need to be treated right now. Just that u should monitor her TSH 6 monthly. If her TSH goes up she will need to be started on Thyroxin
