Porn and masturbation
Hello sir/mam i was addicted to porn and masturbation .i used to masturbate 4-5 times in a week. i want to have sex in real but when I do, I don't feel excitement, arousal, emotional attachment, poor erection etc.. but all these parameters are normal during porn. i get morning erection daily, during masturbation too, erection is stone hard. issue is,i crave for sex but when I do i don't feel arousal and attachment.. now i regret my porn addiction. is it curable? will i feel satisfied MENTAL level bcz for now I don't feel emotional attachment. and intercourse is worthless without emotions.

The main issue is your addiction to porn which has taken hold on your brain. Like other addictions, you need to be de-addicted. Please consult a psychiatrist. Masturbation is of no consequence.
