Poppin or knuckle with erected penis

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Married for five years. Recently during the erection, heard a popping sound or sort of knuckle when Penis was completely erected. This happened twice(on separate days). I am not experiencing any pain or discomfort and this never happened anytime before. Please advice if I should see doctor regarding this. What could be the reason for same. Thanks.
