My baby's birth weight was 3.8 and at 4months she is only 6.1 is the slow weight gain is a problem.. She is completely on formula. Can anyone pls help

No,weight gain is fine. Just ensure feeds at regular intervals of atleast 3 to 3-1/2 hours or on demand,whichever is later. Ensure strict hygiene in preparation and giving feeds.
