Poor follicular phase
My age is 28,both ovaries measured 28mmx24mm and noted with 3mm inactive follicle within the periphery of both ovaries,Usg was on the 13th day,Endometrial measures 10mm in thickness and my tubes are clear,how do I inprove my follicles because I want to start TTc by next month
