Poor Appetite
“I do not feel very hungry naturally, and I cannot eat large meals at one time. After eating a small amount, I already feel full. Because of this, I eat small quantities throughout the day. After some time, I feel slightly hungry again, but I still cannot eat a heavy meal at once. Due to this long-term low food intake, my weight remains low. I would like guidance regarding appetite improvement and nutrition.”

What you're describing — feeling full quickly after small amounts, long-term low appetite, and low weight — is called early satiety and it does need to be properly evaluated. Common causes at your age include functional dyspepsia, H. pylori infection, zinc or B12 deficiency, or anxiety-related gut issues. Continuing small frequent meals is the right approach for now. You should get a basic workup done: CBC, LFT, TFT, serum zinc and B12, and a stool H. pylori antigen test. If symptoms persist, an upper GI endoscopy may be needed to rule out structural causes. Zinc supplementation (50mg/day for a month) can also help improve appetite if deficiency is confirmed.
Next Steps
Get CBC, LFT, TFT, serum zinc, B12, and stool H. pylori antigen test. See a gastroenterologist if no improvement within 4-6 weeks.
