My baby is 77 days old she is 25% breastfeeding and 75% formula feeded(lactogen) as my milk is very very less. She is pooping in green color with white particles from many days. Her pee and poop smells very bad like adults. What is the reason?

Burp ur baby properly
For atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp
It will help
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day
Ur baby is having bad smelling motion
Need to evaluate for any stool infection
Visit ur nearest pediatrician once
