  4. Polycystic ovary. Compulsory for thus?

My ultrasound report shows small multiple (>12) small follicles arranged at the periphery , resembling the appearance of polycystic ovary only in left side overy . How it can be treated ? & how much time it will take & HSG test is compulsory for thus?
