Polycystic ovaries syndrome PCOS

My name is Rivana , 25yrs, and I am from Shillong.
I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2016. Since then i had irregular periods. And last year I got married and we've been trying for a child but has failed. My period was still irregular with small amount of blood but until last month 13th of Feb I had heavy flow of period with no pain and this month it has stop again. I can't tell if I'm pregnant or its just another irregular month. I'm having back ache. My BP was a little low today. Feeling dizzy. And still no sign of coming period. Please suggest me.
