Polycystic ovarian syndrome

Asked for Female, 23 Years

It's been 4 years i was diagoned with pcod and my mentruation has always been irregular from the time it started and uptil now i dont get my period naturally. sometimes my period stays for more than 15days when i under no medication like pills! how do i get rid of pcod and get natural mentrual cycle?
