Polycyctic ovarian disorder
I have pcos but i got regular periods for two days and i am not overweight. I am eating home made food only. No processed food and no sugar. I am trying to conceive from 8 months. So do I need to avoid dairy products and soy? I am regularly taking folic acid and neuro tabs and vitamin D once a week. Do I conceive naturally?

If your calorie intake is not excess, you can have dairy products. In PCOS, despite regular periods, sometimes ovulation may not be occurring. Since you already have PCOS, it’s better to see fertility specialist now.
