Hello doctor I was suffering from pros due to which I've excessive hair growth on body and my menstruation cycle also gets disturbed but now after a lot of exercise and healthy diet now my menstruation cycle has stabled and I've reduced my weight from 57 to 52,before pcos my weight is 50 and it increased to 57 but now I've found solutions to my problems like healthy diet and exercise now my only problem is excessive hair growth and want to get rid of it. I've hairs on my face thighs nipples and back and on my belly too and I want to get rid of it naturally
