I hv irregular periods. 2times in a month or sometime it was 3times in a month. My age is 21.in my USg it is shown that few periferally placed cyst are present and echogenic ovarian Strom are present.

The Ultrasound findings suggest Polycystic ovaries.To regularize your cycle, you can start Tab OVRAL L once daily for 3 months.taken at same time of day. After each pack of 21, you can give a gap of 1week for regular menstruation to occur,since period occurs after 24 to 72 hrs of stopping the tablet.
