Poly cystic ovary tryng to conceive

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have done a ultrasound, it shows my lo 6.6 cm3 and ro 10cm3.they have mentioned i have tiny follicles, is this condition bad.my doctor havent asked me to take any hormonal test, she directly gave me metformin,and birth control pills I have irregular periods and iam 60 kg.Age 26.no other symptoms of pcos is shown till now.
