Poking pain in the chest

From 1 week I feel a pin poking on my chest. I had pan tablet before meal still it's the same. My bp levels are normal. I had gone through ecg today kindly look into it and help me out with the details of the report

Hi, it may be a gas pain or vague muscle pain. Your ecg is normal. But better go to echo and tmt for clear picture of your symptoms.
