My dad is 68 years old. He has been diagonised with pneumonia yesterday and after CT scan, the doctor suspects it to be covid. However my dad has no breathing issues, no weakness or fatigue nor is he feeling dizzy. I suspect something is not right. Any advice?
We have approached for a covid test to know the score.

Covid remains one of the differential diagnosis with pneumonia in a present scenario. CT findings of covid are very specific. However, more history would be helpful. So please trust your doctor or go for a second opinion.

Why did he get a CT scan done in the first place ? Further history required such as any comorbidities/ history of fever . Also CT chest needs to be seen as pneumonia and covid clearly show difference in the CT
Next Steps
Kindly consider for a personal video or audio consult for sharing the CT films and detailed discussion and further management
