My mother got pneumonia, when she got cough and spit bloody like particles coming . She took treatment and now stopped bt I'm afraid of it .

Please consult a physician and get him evaluated and investigated. He needs to get chest x-ray, sputum examination, blood tests like ear tlc done. Blood in sputum needs to be taken seriously.
