PMS every 5-10 days before my periods
Im 42, I have chest discomfort 5-10 days before periods, any solution for this? Breast becomes heavy and makes my chest pain due to that. My height is 5ft and weight 82 kgs. I'm not able to do any work because of this. I have Bp and taking tablets for the same, Telma 20mg and for palpitation Concor AM 5mg. Pls advise
