Long term steroids is harmful.U have taper the dosage fro two to one and zero each fortwo days .Then uccan take any other alternate medicine.
U take
Chandraprabha vati 1 tab thrice a day .
Ashwagandha cap two per day.
Take for 15 days and followup for further continuation.
