I m feeling dizziness and fatigue ... I am policythemia patient and my blood counts high ...and I did plubotomy no use ...I have fatty liver and normal renal and 2 d echo is normal ...last year I did brain MRI normal ... What may be the problem plubotomy did not help fatigue and dizziness ... It is increasing day by day
