Hello Doctor . Yesterday I Asked A Questions about my child. He is 15 years old Weight 82kg Height 5ft 7.5inch No he was not on the higher side before lockdown he was around 69 to 70 kg and before that he was a active and fit person suddenly his weight went up it worries me please help.

Child needs to have more physical activity... And balanced diet.. give more of salad,fruits and protein in diet.. Make a cut on carbohydrates and fat.. Avoid junk food.. Meals while having screen time should be avoided
