Hello Doctor,
Could you please review my annual blood report and let me know if there are any posibilities of polycythemia? I am in middle of my IVF but feeling v disturbed and scared to continue. I am facing imbalance issue while walking and have visited ENT and neurosurgeon who rules out vertigo and neurological issues. I am facing this issue from more than 6 months now. Apart from blood test i have done ecg, 2d echo and chest xray all are normal . Can i continue my IVF cycle?

Please note that your current blood reports are not suggestive of any proliferative disorders and the current IVF treatment your are undergoing is no PROVEN as a causation to any proliferative disorders .
Also not expecting any malignant cause for the giddiness which are mentioning , please also consider that some of the hormone drugs used for IVF treatments like leuprolide acetate are known to produce postural hypotension which can lead to so called giddiness . So please do consider discussing your symptoms more specifically with doctor .
