Please help me understand the report
Hi, My husband is 36 years old, has skin rashes/irritation so we did an ANA  blood test which came positive for 1:320 titre(ANA by IFA). So we were asked to do a detailed ANA profile test to find out specific antibodies. So I have attached a screenshot of the reports could you please explain the reports to us. I am really worried. Regards, Radha

ANA is never used as screening tool and hence people should avoid getting it done unless there is a strong suspicion of underlying autoimmune disease. Otherwise it's like opening a Pandora box. Anyway your titer is very low, I do not bother unless titer is atleast 1280 or in some cases 640.
Next Steps
rest assured
