I have this bony fiberous lump on floor of mouth I had an ultrasound done of the floor of mouth the localised region and the result showed no leisons the report was normal but i do feel a fiberous movable lump on floor of mouth when i stretch my tongue outside it flatens with the shape of tongue. If i had a cancerous lump it would atleast show in the ultrasound right? atleast the leison would show? I should not worry about this now as i have got an ultrasound with normal report? Please help !

The only test to confirm a tumour or cancer is biopsy. Visit your dentist and get a biopsy done. Then the problem can be treated accordingly. Do not delay.
