Please help me guide me
Doctors , I am a guy in my teen years and has been 2 years I discovered masturbation. I discovered it dude to hypertensions and social issues in my life when in boarding school all my friends isolated me . Since then I do it on a daily bases at least twice , I have been addicted to porn, and I don't know how to help it. Sex just comes to my mind in every thought , this has caused me a lot of focus issues. I was a bright child since childhood in studies, just introvert by nature and dint know how to make friends. I was heavily dependant on friends for my social needs. I really have a lot of pimples after I started masturbation and also my penis has twisted and turned into a shape which is bad enough. I checked on internet and my penis size isn't matching with my age. So I really need help with quite many things ,firstly how to get rid of the pimples, are they being caused my masturbation ? ,is masturbation in such quantity healthy ? I still have no friends even I changed school.
