Please help!

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had sex with my partner and after that I started noticing vaginal itch, redness and white discharge. Suspecting it to be yeast infection, I took fluka tablet and anti-itch tablets. Though the discharge is not there now but the itching is still there. Please help me with the itch. Also I noticed red bumps on my inner thighs last night with a lot of itching. Also,I would like to mention that since past 3 months my periods have greatly reduced. Flow is over by 2nd day. Please help I'm really worried.
