Hello My hb and hct was 18.20 and 54% So doctor advised to do epo test and phlebotomy of 400ml and he told to drink 3l of water My epo was 29.80 (3.2-31.9) The doctor said my epo is on higher side and my polycythemia is not primary After 1 month of phlebotomy My results were normal Do i still have polycythemia vera I don't smoke

You did not have polycythemia vera in the first place. If it was PV then epo wouldve been low. It was reactive erythrocytosis which has resolved. So you need not worry now
