Report is suggestive of hormone positive breast cancer. Patient requires to further evaluated with imaging to know the stage of the disease. Once completely evaluated then the treatment can be planned. In 69 year old if the breast is completely removed (MRM) and if it comes as early stage with lymph nodes negative, since she is strongly ER positive, chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be avoided and she can be put only on hormonal treatment. Everything depends on the stage of the disease

This is breast cancer and the treatment depends on many factors ,including patient's general condition ,stage of the cancer ,other concurrent illnesses.
But most patients often require combination of surgery , chemotherapy and radiation therapy and endocrine therapy.
