Please advise on blood pressure
Hello Life savers, good morning. I am monitoring my blood pressure from past 1 year and it is showing 130/90 most of the times. But I am doing good. I am checking using omron bp machine. When I met a general physician, he said it is common these days. Could you please advise if i need any medication for bp.

Hello,
What is your highest value ? If its not beyond 130 then no need of medicines. But you are pre hypertensive so need lifestyle modifications. Consult online directly for further evaluation
