During health check up of my mother, got to know following : LVIDS 24mm & LVIDD 33mm, IVS 12mm & LVPW 12mm EF 60%. 2D echo impression : Mild concentric LV Hypertrophy,Diastolic Dysfunction, Sclerosed Aortic Valve. No AS/AR, Trivial Mitral Regurgitation, Mild Tricuspid Regurgitation, No clot, Vegetation, Effusion.
Daily 3 times BP reading been taken at home. Reading comes 124/93, 132/84...
Taking BP medicine (Cilacar).
Left arm pains sometime. General physician says frozen shoulder.
Should we consult cardiologist doctor? Hope the above results are age related.
Please advise.

CILACAR is good medicine and BP of your mother is also well controlled so no need to visit to cardiologist if your physician has declared it as frozen shoulder. However if there are ECG changes and the patients are having high blood pressure and if they complain of left arm pain, one should take the opinion of Cardiologist bcoz he is going to assess in details about other symptoms together..
