Platelet count is 0.7 lacs

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi. I am 32 yrs old. I have been to health check up in January ( platelet count 3.47 L) then in may ( platelet count 1.5 L) and yesterday ( platelet count 0.7 L). Other parameters are in normal range. Also on last 10 months my weight has increased from 60 to 65kg. I don't feel fatigue but experience pain in left side of throat while swallowing. I have gastric problem too. My SGPT is 140 and SGOT is 84 U/L. Where should I consult?
