Dear sir,
My son 9 year old diagnosed with chickengunya before 10 day now he has no fever today checked CBC his platelates counts shows above 7 Lacs. Now he is under medication of antibiotics.
Kindly justify increase in platelates..

It is a reaction to the infection. It will decrease on its own.

Greetings, increased platelet count may be due to reaction to the infection . I suggest you to repeat the platelet count after 5days from some other different and review back .
