Planning for second pregnancy

Hi Dr, am 25 year old, my first baby delivery date 20th Feb 2017 it's normal delivery with perineal tear or Cervical tear,( healing nearly takes 6 months) . Am thyroid patient since 10 years taking 75mg tablet, my periods will get back 5 months back, it's a irregular 35 days and 40 days,. Otherwise my health fine now,, When can I plan my second baby.. Birth control method ,My husband using condoms,If I go for second,? What is the right time based on my health history...!

Your baby is too small.First you give proper attention on her then plan for second baby.For that you have to regulate the menstrual cycle after consulting with the gynaecologist .If weight is more reduce it.
