Hi,
Am 27 and been planning for baby .is there any mandatory checkup I need to do before planning for pregnancy like thyroid level check etc.My periods are very regular and don't have any issue .kindly let me know for any test I need to take to consult a doctor

No need to do any specific investigation now.
If u will not conceive after 6 month than do some basic evaluation.
Like
Husband semen report
Ur ultrasound report
And some blood tests.
Rt now u can plan pregnancy don't worry.
