Planning for pregnancy advise
I am on cycle day 1, I am taking ovacare, folic acid , I have a regular cycle 28-29 days. Is it okay to take these meds as I am 33! My AMH is 1.6!

But as your AMH is low, if you have never tried for pregnancy so far then you can try naturally for a few months, and if the pregnancy doesn't happen then please visit a fertility specialist at the earliest. But if you have not really avoided pregnancy in the last few months then I would strongly recommend that you visit a fertility specialist at the earliest.
