Planning for a baby
Me and and my wife have regular physical contact , we still are unable to have a baby. My doubt is, while contact, after ejaculation, the most of the semen comes out.. I have had my spr count check it was more than 75000 .

Do regular sexual intercourse in fertile period of ovulation. After ejaculation, advise your wife to flex both legs till touching of both knees to upper half of body /chest. This will help you in assimilation of remaining sperms into deeper side of vagina and uterus. This will increase chances of getting pregnant.
