Planning for 2nd pregnancy
Hello Doctor,
We are planning & preparing for 2nd pregnancy. Before we plan,what precautions do we need take? Since, we had 1st baby with VSD & corrected with surgery 6years ago. Also,I had 2 miscarriages 1year ago. Apart from thyroid medical issue,no major health issues. For, thyroid,I am taking Thyronorm 50mcg.
Recently, I had gone through Rubella test & test results are IGg antibodies is 45.5 IU/ml & IGm is 0.23.
Pls suggest, Do I need to go for any medical tests & examinations for having healthy baby?

Plz keep your thyroid controlled. N start taking folic acid tablet a month before u plan. During the pregnancy plz do necessary test required to knw baby s health.
