Plan B One step. This be a concern?

I had sex with my partner and used a condom during intercourse. When he got off he pulled out but it fell off inside me. Without realizing it we searched around couldn't find it and came to that conclusion, we were able to get it out intact without issue and I took plan b one step about an hour after the intercourse and inserted spermicide. About 5/6 days later I began bleeding light which became heavier during the day and lasted three days in total and for two days after the bleeding it was just brownish white discharge. The bleeding happened a day later than my expected period but it felt and looked like my usual period there was small blood clots and it was not light spotting , is this normal for the after period to be this short and does this mean the plan B was Effective ? Should this be a concern ?
