Plakonta injection reaction. Treatment?

Hi, so i was detected with cervicitis 4 days back. And mild inflammation in the pap smear cytology report. My doctor prescribed anti biotics and plakonta injection for 7 days in alternate buttocks. She also gave pessarie gor 7 days for insertion and uti clear syrup. I have had history of mild piles and i was on homeopathic medicine before this treatment(which i stopped before visiting the gynaec). The piles were supressed with no pain at all. But since last two days after i started taking plakonta injection, i have a lot of pain in the anal region specially while pooping. Can it be due to injection or pessary or anything else? Can i take anything to supress this, so that it also does not interfere with my current cervicitis treatment?
