Whether subchorionic haemorrhage or a venous lake in the placenta should not worry you at this stage. You or your Doctor can do nothing about them.
Both of them are self limiting and may disappear with the passage of time.
You should consult your Gynaecologist in case you have any symptoms.
Unfortunately no information about TIFFA is available in the report that you have shared.
Small venous lake is usually of no concern...but avoid sudden jerky movements, exertion ,etc..
Small non bumpy road travel is fine
You can walk and small exercises are alao fine
1. *SCH vs venous lake*: The 19-week scan found a subchorionic hematoma (SCH) of 1.1_1 cm. The 22-week scan says it’s a small venous lake (16_7 mm) at the lower edge of placenta, not an SCH. Both are benign collections, but a venous lake is usually less concerning.
2. *Placenta position*: Placenta is 3.5 cm away from internal os – this is a normal, low-lying position at 22 weeks; it often moves up as pregnancy advances.
3. *Travel*: One‑day travel is generally okay if you’re comfortable and have no bleeding or pain. Avoid long, strenuous journeys.
4. *Walking*: Daily walking at home is safe and encouraged for general health, but avoid over‑exertion.
Placental lake is a normal finding nothing to worry
SCH might resolve as it is small
The placenta is low lying as of now but it will ascend upwards later
