My wife is 22 weeks pregnant.In Level II ultrasound the position of placenta is posterior and coming near to OS(22MM from OS).
Moreover the ultrasound shows breech presentation.
Is there any thing wrong in this or normal??

all of it is absolutely normal except that the placenta needs to be at least 2.5 CM away from the earth that can be observer error in it and you can repeat the scan after two months to see if the placenta is little about the internal or otherwise everything is fine breech presentation can be there in a scan but only during the delivery the breech presentation should not be there it should be cephalic

Breech is a normal finding at this stage, the baby keeps moving till the day of delivery and usually becomes cephalic (head downwards).
Your placenta will need a follow up scan before delivery, ideally around 32-34 weeks, to see the final location, and how far it is from the os( the opening of the uterus). It should be far from the os ...more than 40mm for safe Normal delivery
