Placenta grade III at 36 weeeks
My pregnancy is 36 weeks.. in usg ultrasound ( not doppler) it was found that my placenta is grade 3 maturity... one ultrasound was also done at 35 weeks (doppler) where placenta was grade2/3 maturity and blood flow normal.. should i be worried that my placenta is maturing so fast!? how long can my delivery b delayed?

Biometric Parameters may vary in third trimester. Placental maturity is good as per gestational age. Delivery is decided by multiple factors like fetal & placental maturity. So your placental maturity is appropriate as per gestational age.

No. You needn't  be worried. The placenta is maturing normally. Actually there are a lot of subjective factors in the Sonography assessment of the placenta. So it is not a digital measurement.

If the ultrasound findings are normal Liquor n weight of baby is normal Nothing to worryu can continue till term with strict daily fetal movement count
