Pituitary Microadenoma With Prolactine
My wife is having prolactine of 140 and I have a MRI Scan as well.
Also I have attached the reports.
Is Microadenoma pituitary tumour is serious? Should I go for surgery ? What I should do now ? The doctor suggested to take cabergoline tablet to control the prolactine.
Any suggestions please?

Consultant an Endocrinologist and Neurosurgeon. As the tumor is very small you may not need a surgery . If the tumor grows in size you can check your field of vision by an ophthalmologist.
