I have went under transphenoidal surgery for removal of the pituitary tumour last year. But my recent mri report shows that the tumour still persists. What to do now?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You should have attached the MRI report here for us to take a look.
Anyways, consult your neurosurgeon again in person for further evaluation and management.
He will be able to help you.
Best regards.
