Pitting edema. Doctor visit or emergency
I'm posting this for my girlfriend. Shes 21 years old. She has a "dimple" on the bottom of her left foot. It looks to be pitting edema. The "dimple" was previously a calluse. Her left foot is definitively swollen compared to the right which feels distinctly cooler. Her left leg was itchy today and she had acid reflux that could not be cured with a pepsid. Acid reflux is rare for her. Though we did have marinara. I just need to know if I need to get her to a hospital. Thank you for your time.
