Pinkish reddish strand of blood dischrge
My 6 weeks pregnant sister saw a pinkish reddish strand of blood stops in whitish discharge when she wiped after washroom use. She saw it 2-3 times in between whole day only once after wiping, it's clean in second wipe. I explained her it can just be cervical blood stops nothing to worry. As there are no other pain or anything. Though she will check with doctor on Monday but I wanted to check if this can be serious issue.

Hi, Since it's 1st trimester (6 weeks), there was a spotting . Which is nothing to worry in most of them. It will be better to do an ultrasound . Avoid long travel.
Next Steps
consult after ultrasound

Light pink or reddish spotting in early pregnancy (around 6 weeks) is quite common and is often due to cervical sensitivity or implantation, especially when it appears only once after wiping and stops on its own. Since there is no pain, cramps, or continuous bleeding, it is usually not serious. She should rest, avoid heavy activity and intercourse for now, and follow up with an ultrasound as planned. If bleeding increases, pain develops, or spotting becomes continuous, she should seek medical care earlier.
Next Steps
An online consultation can help review reports and guide further care if needed.
