Pink Blood tinged discharge with foul sm

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had sex about a week ago and for the past few days I've been having cramps and on and off discharge but the discharge has been pink blood tinged with an awful fishy/rotten meat smell, I'm not due on my periods until the 19th and don't know if I should be worried or not.
